This page describes the structure, classification, and terminology used by the FART.SUPPORT Documentation System.
Incident Classification
Each submitted incident is classified using a limited set of predefined categories to ensure consistency and administrative clarity.
- Standard Gas EventA routine atmospheric release with no notable impact.
- Contained EventAn incident limited in scope or environment.
- Uncontained EventAn incident affecting a shared or public space.
- Suspected Dietary RegressionAn incident potentially linked to recent dietary changes.
Severity Levels
- LowMinimal impact.
- ModerateNoticeable but non-disruptive.
- ElevatedDisruptive but temporary.
- SevereSignificant impact requiring acknowledgment.
Acknowledgment Documents
Upon submission, a formal acknowledgment document is generated.
These documents include:
- Incident ID
- Timestamp (UTC)
- Classification
- Severity
- Location Context
- Submitted Statement
- Incident Records Office
Documents are issued immediately and are immutable once generated.
Retention and Privacy
FART.SUPPORT does not associate records with user identities.
No accounts are required.
No tracking is performed.
Records are retained solely for documentation purposes.
