Records
The Records interface provides access to previously issued acknowledgment documents.
Records are indexed by Incident ID.
Record Lookup
To retrieve a record, provide the Incident ID issued at the time of submission.
Only exact matches will return results.
Record Integrity
All records issued by FART.SUPPORT are immutable.
Once generated:
- Content cannot be modified
- Classifications cannot be altered
- Timestamps cannot be changed
Limitations
FART.SUPPORT does not guarantee permanent availability of records.

Authority
All records are issued by the Incident Records Office.
The official seal displayed on acknowledgment documents signifies issuance only.
It does not imply legal, medical, or governmental authority.
